Hunter Armstrong

My name is Hunter Armstrong, and I’m proud to call Fayetteville home. Born at Cape Fear Valley Hospital in February of 1998, I now reside in the historic Haymount district with my wife, Charlotte, our son, Bratcher, and our dog, Remy. I serve Fayetteville and the surrounding areas, specializing in first-time homebuyers, luxury housing, and relocation.

I’ve always had a passion for building and bringing visions to life. I attended East Carolina University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, which led me to Charlotte, NC, where I became a Senior Project Manager for one of the largest concrete companies in the United States. During my time there, I helped build luxury apartments in Myers Park, a seven-story Homewood Suites in South End, and a 25-story skyscraper across from the Panthers stadium in Uptown.

In early 2023, after obtaining my General Contractor’s License, I moved back to Fayetteville to start Armstrong Contracting—a company specializing in home remodels and new-construction homes. Today, I’m honored to serve on the board of the Home Builders Association of Fayetteville, contributing to the growth and improvement of our local housing community.

As a newly licensed real estate agent, my strategy is simple: help clients see the true potential in every property and guide them in bringing that potential to life. With my construction background, I provide upfront, realistic renovation expectations and the expertise needed to turn ideas into reality—making me a true one-stop shop for buyers.

For sellers, I focus on delivering a smooth, hassle-free path to the closing table. Due diligence repair requests don’t have to feel overwhelming; with my experience, professional network, and construction knowledge, I make the process fast, efficient, and stress-free.
